What went into my tummy today..
FOOD:
- 1 piece of wholemeal bread
- 1 tbsp organic/no added sugar peanut butter
- 1 banana
- 2 apples
- 1 pear
- 7 carrots
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1 bag of snack-a-jacks
- 1 bag of rivita minis
- 2 wheat free/dairy free cereal bars
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 an onion
- 1 large potato
DRINK:
- 1 glass of squash
- 1 lemon water
- 3 coffees
TOO MUCH!!
